More Than "Just" Sports Massage
Although initially created in 2007 as a “Sports Massage” practice focused on addressing the specific needs of athlete's; the founder of Enhanced Sports Performance soon realized everyone can benefit from the style of massage & bodywork he offers.
Enhanced Sports Performance welcomes Tyler Swim into the practice! Corey and Tyler both employ a blend of Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy techniques designed to release muscle tension and increase muscle length. Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, as well as various stretching techniques are used as finishing tools to restore functional alignment and create systemic balance.
With a B.S. degree in Health & Human Kinetics (Warner Pacific College 2005), 800+ hours of massage & bodywork training (East-West College 2006), and 20 combined years of athletic competition and coaching experience makes Corey uniquely skilled in locating muscular imbalances within his clients. Tyler graduated from East-West College of the Healing Arts in 2010, and in addition to his education, he studied and practiced with Corey, learning advanced techniques and gaining valuable "hands on" experience.
